There are two levels of cover available, Standard and Deluxe. For many people
( subject to individual requirements ) the Standard Policy representsexcellent value especially if travel is to Europe and you are not booking a holidaycosting more than the £2000 per adult cancellation limit. Details of cover for Standard/Deluxe are given above. Information for clients who have used the previous MG Travelmaster Scheme - The following details are for the new 05/06 Travelmaster Scheme and there are now two alternative policies available, Standard and Deluxe. Premiums have been reduced from those of the previous scheme for some durations on the Standard Cover Policy.

This Scheme is Scheme No 1 on this site. Key Facts - The Insurers - Templeton Insurance Ltd. Travel Master is a Single Trip Policy to cover a single return trip. The policy schedule, which is the MGTIS Certificate Validation, will show the date and duration of travel purchased. The cancellation section in the policy starts when cover is purchased, all other sections of cover start on the date of travel.

Principal Exclusions or Limitations.

As with all insurances, there are exclusions and limitation to the cover provided. These are detailed in the policy wording after each section of cover or under the general headings. You should check if your own requirements and circumstances are unaffected by them. If you have any queries please contact Holiday Services Ltd 01623 - 557 592 or MGTIS. Health - Health restrictions apply to some sections of this policy. There is a health declaration on page two of the policy when you receive this and the requirement for you to sign it on page 1. If you cannot agree with the declaration, you must contact the Healthcheck Line on 01483 - 729952 during office hours. If you do not declare a condition of your or someone upon whom successful travel may depend, a subsequent claim may not be met. If after purchasing the insurance, there is a change in health and you can no longer agree to the declaration, you must contact the Healthcheck Line to see if cover can continue. If we cannot continue to cover you, you may claim for the cost of cancelling the insured trip at that time. If you do not declare such changes in health, a subsequent claim may not be met. Your policy does not cover you if you are travelling against medical advice or to get medical treatment. If you have any health queries please contact the Healthcheck Line as above. *IMPORTANT - MEDICAL COVER AND PRE - EXISTING CONDITIONS -

IF IN DOUBT ABOUT ANY MEDICAL CONDITION PLEASE CONTACT THE HEALTHCHECK LINE. Cover is often available especially if you are travelling within the EEC, Australia or New Zealand.

(a)Nobody is waiting for an operation, hospital consultation or any other hospital treatment or investigations including the results of a routine test. (b)Nobody has been seen by a specialist or been admitted to a hospital overnight in the last 12 months or 24 months for persons aged 65 or over.

(c)Nobody has any breathing or heart problem ( including angina ) or high blood pressure which has needed treatment ( including regular medication ). (d) Nobody has received treatment, including regular medication for any of the following - disorder of the blood such as clotting, bleeding or anaemia, any form of stroke, any form of cancer, leukemia or tumor, a transplant ( recipient or donor ), dialysis treatment, any psychiatric illness, stress, anxiety or dementia, any other on-going medical condition that has required regular medication. (e) Nobody has been diagnosed by a registered doctor as having a condition of a terminal nature.

(f) Nobody will be aged 80 at the time of completing the Period of Insurance NB * Cover may be possible for Area Europe ( and UK/CI/IOM/Ireland ) subject to screening. Please contact the Healthcheck Line to declare your age as on start date of your trip to see if they can offer cover. If Healthcheck agree cover ( Europe only ) use rates as below for Age 75 -79.

(g) You do not know of any reason why your trip is likely to be cancelled or cut short or of any facts that may cause a claim on this insurance. Important - If You or anyone travelling with You cannot agree with this declaration when You take out the insurance or book a trip. You must phone the MTIS Healthcheck Medical Screening Line on 01483 - 729952 ( 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri ) quoting agent Holiday Services and the Scheme which is Travelmaster. Do this at the time of taking out this insurance or booking your trip and they will tell You if We can give cover. If You cannot contact them at the time of buying this insurance, You must them within 14 days, but before You travel. Failure to do so may result in disappointment should We not be able to cover certain conditions especially if they result in financial loss. In most cases cover can be agreed, especially if you are traveling to an EEC Country. Please check with the Healthcheck Medical Screening Line that cover is agreed under normal policy conditions and that there are no extra restrictions or exclusions. If cover is agreed please note the Medical Reference Number that you are given from Healthcheck Screening and enter this on the proposal form below. NB Print off the proposal form below and forward this to Holiday Services together with the correct premiums(s) due within 10 days of getting any Healthcheck Reference Number providing that there has been no change of any medical condition already declared. If cover is refused please contact Holiday Services on 01623 - 557 592 as it is possible to offer you an alternative scheme to try.

Dangerous Activities-your policy does not automatically cover you for all activities. If you are going to take part in any activity that may be considered dangerous please contact Holiday Services. Personal Belongings, Money and Documents - Travel Master provides cover for loss, damage or theft of your personal belongings, money and documents. However, we may take an amount off any claim settlement for age, wear and tear. The policy also contains maximum amounts that can be claimed for individual items, valuable items and cash. Your policy contains full details of these. If you have property that exceeds the maximum amounts in the policy you may wish to insure such items under specific property insurance, such as household all risks policies. What happens if I take out cover and change my mind? You can cancel the insurance within 14 days from the date of receipt of your policy and certificate validation. providing no claim has been made and your travel has not already started. Holiday Services Ltd will refund your premium in full ( less an admin. charge of £2 per policy ). No refund is available after the 14 day period.

How to make a claim - For all claims contact - MGTIS Claims, PO Box 48, Woking GU21 8ZW. You may have to provide documentation to support your claim. Basic requirements are detailed in the policy and the claim form but additional documents or information may be requested to complete the process. All details of how to make a claim will be in the full policy wording enclosed with your policy validation slip. Medical Emergencies Overseas - If you have a medical emergency overseas please contact Lifeline plc as soon as possible but within 24 hours. If you are in the USA or Canada, call MEC as soon as possible, including where out patient treatment is required. When seeking treatment in countries with reciprocal medical arrangements, such as the EU, you must attend at a public hospital and use a current valid E 111 Form or similar as required. What to do if you have a complaint
Holiday Services Ltd. and MGTIS Ltd are authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Services Authority. If you experience a problem with any part of our service in the first instance please contact the Broker, Holiday Services Ltd 01623 - 557 592. If you experience a problem with any part of this insurance, this will be dealt with as quickly and fairly as possible. All complaints reviews are without prejudice to your rights in law. After contacting your broker in the first instance you could contact the following - The General Manager, MGTIS Ltd., PO Box 48, Woking GU21 8ZW. Please quote the Master Certificate Number from page 1 of the policy wording and the certificate validation number, together with your Claims reference Number. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint by MGTIS, you may ask for it to be referred to - The Managing Director, DNA Underwriting Solutions Ltd., 308-314 London Road, Hadleigh, Essex SS7 2DD. If Your complaint is still not resolved to Your satisfaction by DNA Underwriting Solutions Ltd. then You should write to - The General Manager, Templeton Insurance Ltd., 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, IOM IM1 4LE. We will review Your case and reply to You in writing. Templeton Insurance is incorporated in the Isle of Man and authorised and regulated by the Isle of Man Government Insurance and Pensions Authority. If You are not happy with the outcome of the stages detailed above You may refer Your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Scheme, Government Buildings, Lord Strret, Douglas, IOM, IM1 . Please note that the Ombudsman will not normally review Your case until such time Templeton Insurance Ltd have made their final decision. Please give Us the opportunity to handle Your complaint before referring things to the Ombudsman.

NB Other Insurance Trap! If one person opts for cover to include a pre-existing medical condition arranged through Holiday Services and the rest of the family or party buys other insurance from another company, all claims may be refused by their insurers with regard to any claim if the trip has to be cancelled or if there is any claim with regard to the pre-existing medical condition of the person insuring separately with Holiday Services. Traveling together, Insure together! You might also need to consider if a pre- existing health condition of a close relative as defined ( eg causing you to cancel your trip later on or curtail your trip while on holiday ) might need to be declared. All normal schemes will require that you consider health conditions like these.

 Family Rate - If there are any Family Children as defined  travelling with insured adults on the same trip the Family Child Rates are - One Family Child 30% of the 18 -64  Adult Rate,  2 or more Family Children 20% per child of 18 - 64 Adult Rate. Any Non Family Children travelling with insured adults are 50% of 18 - 64 Adult Rate.
